Wazabi MCP Terms

Wazabi AI is a product by Megalith Labs, Rodus Building, P.O. Box 3093, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands, Certificate No. 2178739.

1. Acceptance

By using Wazabi MCP tools, including token launch and LP lock flows, you accept these Terms and the Wazabi Privacy Policy.

2. No Legal/Financial Advice

Wazabi provides software infrastructure only. Nothing in Wazabi MCP constitutes legal, tax, compliance, investment, or financial advice.

3. Your Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your token launch, distribution, marketing, and trading activity comply with all laws, regulations, sanctions, and platform policies applicable to you and your users.

You must not use Wazabi MCP for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, or restricted-jurisdiction conduct.

4. Non-Custodial Service

Wazabi does not custody user funds. Wallet signatures, private keys, and on-chain transactions remain under your control and responsibility.

5. No Warranty

Wazabi MCP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uptime, merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megalith Labs is not liable for losses arising from token launches, market conditions, smart contract interactions, third-party wallets, RPC providers, exchange behavior, or user/operator error.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Megalith Labs from claims, damages, penalties, and costs arising out of your token activities, legal non-compliance, or misuse of the service.

8. Updates

Wazabi may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
